ABOUT THE PROJECT:

This project was a test of our engineering skills as it required us to support a three story structure, remove an exterior bearing wall and replace it with a 3000lb steel beam, with no access from above, to accommodate the 24′ long window. This opened up the view to the backyard and gave the kitchen a massive feel. 

The custom cabinets and stonework as well as the plaster fireplace gave this project a unique and modern feel, full of light and color.
